Through bi-weekly coaching sessions, we cover key areas for this phase of life: balanced nutrition, stress management, strength building exercises, and restorative practices to boost energy and ease symptoms. Each session is led by Stacey. She specializes in holistic approaches, ensuring that you receive individualized support while being part of a strong, encouraging group.
